UPS Supply Chain Solutions  has a Wpg direct phone number: 284-4887, they charge a $5.00 US handling fee for handling your parcel. You pay this when you pick up the paperwork in Pembina.

Your UPS / Fed Ex Ground  parcel should arrive there is 3 to 4 days.  They will call you or you can all them to see if your parcel has arrived.

The pickup circuit we did is as follows:

6:30am – Depart Winnipeg by pickup truck

8:00am – Arrive at US border, clear US customs

8:15am – Arrive at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, office location, 231 – N 3^rd Street, (point #1 on map below) the building is a two story structure with HA & JL Wood Custom Brokers on the front sign.

Take the stairs to the 2^nd floor.

Tell the receptionist you are here to pick up a parcel, she takes your name and has someone prepare the paperwork. A rep comes and gives you the paperwork, you give the rep $5.00US cash.

8:25am – you leave with paperwork in hand and head over to the UPS Supply Chain Solutions Warehouse at 222 – South 5^th Street. (point #2 on the map above)
